Jangarak

When I first arrived in Jangarak village in Sistan and Baluchistan, the heat felt overwhelming. I had come to photograph the village and its people, to understand a little of their daily life. After spending a few days there, the rhythm of the place became clearer: men preparing their fishing nets, women carrying the work of the household, children running in the dusty alleys. The sun was strong, but what stayed with me most was the openness of the people. They welcomed me into their homes, shared their stories, and carried a sense of resilience in the middle of a difficult environment. Life here is not easy, but it is held together by community and a quiet strength that speaks louder than words.
